The lead cast of Yevade Subramanyam, including Natural Star Nani, Vijay Deverakonda, and Malvika Nair, reunited again after a decade for the re-release promotions of the film.
Vijay Deverakonda, who began his career with small roles and eventually grew up as a well-established star. One of his early breakthroughs was starring alongside Nani in Yevade Subramanyam, which is the directorial debut of director Nag Ashwin. The film was originally released in 2015, and as it approaches its 10th anniversary, this coming-of-age drama is now all set for a grand re-release on March 21, 2025.
Ahead of the re-release, the trio, Nani, Vijay Deverakonda, and Malvika Nair, recreated the moment of Yevade Subramanyam, bringing the nostalgic memories. They recreated the iconic bike-riding scene from the film, with Vijay driving while Nani and Malvika sat behind him. This nostalgic moment quickly went viral, sparking excitement among fans and generating significant buzz for the re-release.
Their reunion also dispelled previous social media rumors of a rivalry between Nani and Vijay, as they displayed mutual respect and camaraderie. In fact, Nani has recently praised the teaser of Vijay’s upcoming film Kingdom.
On the professional front, they both have exciting lineups, including Nani in the Hit franchise, Hit 3, and Srikanth Odela’s The Paradise. Meanwhile, Vijay will be seen in Kingdom, Rowdy Janardhana, and VD 14.
