Tollywood King Nagarjuna slammed Telangana Minister Konda Surekha’s remarks on his son Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s divorce. He denounced the allegations and urged her to withdraw her comments.
Recently, minister Konda Surekha made controversial comments, alleging that BRS working president K T RamaRao was the reason for the separation of the Tollywood star couple Naga Chaitanya and Samantha.
In response to the minister’s comments, Tollywood actor Nagarjuna issued a statement on his social media platform X and asked the minister to don’t use the lives of film stars who stay away from politics to criticize her opponents.
The actor wrote, “I strongly condemn the comments of the Honorable Minister, Mrs. Konda Surekha. Don’t use the lives of movie stars who stay away from politics to criticize your opponents. Please respect other people’s privacy. As a woman in a responsible position, your comments and accusations against our family are completely irrelevant and false. I request you to withdraw your comments immediately.”
The ‘Thandel’ actor Naga Chaitanya also reposted his father’s tweet on his social media.
The minister further alleged that KTR was addicted to drugs, hosted rave parties, and influenced several actresses into the usage of drugs. He was the reason for many heroines to leave the film industry, marry early, and leave their careers. She also accused him of tapping their phones to get personal information and blackmailing them.
