Nagababu Declares Assets, Liabilities In MLC Nomination

Nagababu has filed his nomination as an MLC candidate from the alliance, representing the Jana Sena Party. In the affidavit submitted to the Election Commission, he declared assets worth ₹70.32 crore and liabilities amounting to ₹1.64 crore. He also confirmed that there are no criminal cases against him.  

Declared Assets:  

Movable Assets – ₹59.12 Crore  

– Mutual funds and bonds: ₹55.37 crore  

– Cash in hand: ₹21.81 lakh  

– Bank deposits: ₹23.53 lakh  

– Loans given to others: ₹1.03 crore  

– Vehicles:  

  – Benz car: ₹67.28 lakh  

  – Hyundai car: ₹11.04 lakh  

– Gold and precious metals:  

  – 226 grams of gold worth ₹18.10 lakh  

  – 55-carat diamonds worth ₹16.50 lakh (owned by him and his wife)  

  – 724 grams of gold worth ₹57.99 lakh  

  – 20 kg of silver worth ₹21.40 lakh  

Immovable Assets – ₹11.20 Crore  

– Land holdings:  

  – 2.39 acres in Ranga Reddy district – ₹3.55 crore  

  – 3.28 acres in Narsapur, Medak district – ₹32.80 lakh  

  – 5 acres in Narsapur – ₹50 lakh  

  – 1.07 acres in Tekulapally, Ranga Reddy district – ₹53.50 lakh  

– Residential property:  

  – 460 sq. ft. villa in Manikonda, Hyderabad – ₹2.88 crore  

Liabilities – ₹1.64 Crore 

– Home loans from two banks: ₹56.97 lakh  

– Car loan: ₹7.54 lakh  

– Loans from individuals and institutions: ₹1.64 crore  

– Borrowings from family:  

  – ₹28.48 lakh from elder brother Chiranjeevi  

  – ₹6.90 lakh from younger brother Pawan Kalyan  

His nomination marks his formal entry into the MLC race, with his financial disclosures now on record with the Election Commission.
