Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s daughter, Vismaya, is all set to make her acting debut with the upcoming film Thudakkam. Speaking about her entry into the film industry, Mohanlal emphasized that while a family background in cinema can be helpful, talent and dedication are crucial for success.
Mohanlal’s son, Pranav, had made his debut in 2018, and now Vismaya is preparing to introduce herself to audiences through Thudakkam. The superstar said, “Vismaya had shown interest in acting for a long time. But I never expected them to excel just because they are my children. Recognition should come through their talent, which is best for their future. I have always advised them this, even when they decided to join the industry.”
In other news, Mohanlal expressed his happiness over Shwetha Menon’s election as president of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA). He stated that he would always support the association and welcomed newcomers to join, noting that AMMA has 560 members. He assured that he would remain available to assist office bearers regardless of who holds the position.
