After facing the ire of Andhra Pradesh voters for its poor governance in the last five years, the image of YSR Congress Party started declining due to the back to back controversial news of its leaders. As the public outrage over MLC Duvvada Srinivas’ extra-marital affair is yet to subside, another MLC appears to have been caught in a video scandal.
Reportedly, East Godavari MLC Anantha Babu, who is already facing a murder charge for killing his car driver in 2022, has been caught in an obscene video scandal earlier today. The MLC was found making lewd gestures and also resorted to nude call in the video to an unidentified person.
The controversial video has been going viral on social media platforms. Meanwhile, Anantha Babu confessed during his phone call with a news outlet that he was honey trapped for money by some miscreants.
Anantha Babu also admitted that he made a complaint about this video to the police and a case was registered. He initially denied his presence in the video and called it fake, but later agreed that it gave money demanded by those who orchestrated this trap to stop the video from circulation.
Surprisingly, this obscene act was committed few months back when the YSRCP was in power. But, he didn’t make any complaint and remained silent all these days. As the video was in circulation since morning, Ananth Babu clarified that he gave a complaint last week.
Will Jagan take any disciplinary action against such immoral leaders needs to be awaited because there is a lot of pressure from the party supporters to suspend them immediately.
