Even before the BJP candidate was announced in the Jubilee Hills by-election,Goshamahal MLA and expelled BJP leader Raja Singh targeting senior BJP leader and Union Minister Kishan Reddy made sensational comments. He asked him with how many votes the BJP candidate would lose there?
He took out his anger on the state party leadership by saying that the people of Jubilee Hills constituency, including the entire Telangana society, are asking you this question. Raja Singh taunted Kishan Reddy saying that questions are coming from the people on social media whether they will make the BRS party win or the Congress win in this election?
Raja Singh recalled that the Jubilee Hills assembly constituency falls under the Secunderabad Parliament, represented by Kishan Reddy. In this context, he cautioned that Kishan Reddy’s reputation is at stake. If the BJP loses by a huge margin in this election, Raja Singh asks how will you show your face in front of the central leaders? Have you thought a little bit about it?
Raja Singh, who has been creating a sensation by winning as an MLA for three consecutive terms, has not been getting along with Kishan Reddy in the party since the beginning. He is angry that his claims as a senior MLA was ignored to be BJP’s Legislative Party leader, but a newcomer into the party and the first time MLA was selected. Since then, he has been staying away from party activities and criticizing the party leadership from time to time.
He was recently suspended from the party for engaging in anti-party activities. He is also angry that Kishan Reddy is the reason for that. He felt that Kishan Reddy has been making unsuccessful attempts to prevent him from getting the MLA seat, but the party’s national leadership has recognized him and given him a seat.
Moreover, he alleges that even during the elections, there have been attempts to prevent anyone from campaigning in his constituency to defeat him. He is openly accusing Kishan Reddy and other leaders of being the reason for the BJP not coming to power in Telangana, and betraying the BJP by colluding with whoever is in power (BRS, Congress).
“You have a habit of pointing fingers in every parliamentary constituency, every assembly segment, every division.. but this time many people in Jubilee Hills are pointing fingers. You have destroyed my district and sent me out of the BJP party,” Raja Singh expressed his anger at the Union Minister. Raja Singh warned Kishan Reddy that one day you too may face a similar situation.
