Minister Lokesh says correcting Misguided Governance,  paying Dues of previous Regime

Minister Nara Lokesh said  that they are now correcting the misguided governance and  paying the dues of the previous government, besides bringing a large number of IT companies to Visakhapatnam. He is visiting Visakhapatnam on Sunday to monitor arrangements for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the Port City next week.

He held a review meeting at the Collectorate along with ministers, MLAs of Northern Andhra districts and officials. He said that PM Modi would lay the foundation stone for several development works in Nakkapalli.

Lokesh deplored that Jaganmohan Reddy had done nothing to Northern Andhra and had not brought a single IT industry. He said it was Chandrababu Naidu, who had brought the Kia industry to the state.

Minister Lokesh admitted that the financial scenario in the state is under stress, but both the state and central governments are taking many initiatives to correct the misguided governance. He clarified that the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant will not be privatized and no one should have doubts in this regard.

Lamenting that YSRCP is a fake party, he said that one need not worry with their false propaganda against the Steel Plant.  He said that the companies that were in the state during the Jagan government’s rule have disappeared.

Meanwhile, it is known that Prime Minister Modi is coming to AP on the 8th of this month. In this context, Minister Nara Lokesh is acting as the in-charge of arrangements on behalf of the state government. On this occasion, a public meeting will be organized in Visakhapatnam.
