Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently immersed in the shooting of his upcoming flick, ‘Vishwambara’. Directed by Mallidi Vassishta, the film is set to hit theaters on January 10, 2025, competing with other Sankranthi films.
Recent reports suggest that, up next, Megastar Chiranjeevi will collaborate with renowned Tamil director Mohan Raja for the second time. As per the latest updates, it has been revealed that Chiru gave a green signal to BVS Ravis’ script, and Mohan Raja will be at the helm of the direction for this project.
Pre-production for this upcoming film is anticipated to begin soon, with shooting scheduled to commence this August. Susmitha Konidela, Chiru’s daughter, will produce this film through Gold Box Entertainment in collaboration with Peoples Media Factory. However, the makers have yet to announce it officially.
This upcoming flick will mark the second collaboration between Megastar Chiranjeevi and the director Mohan Raja, following 2022’s blockbuster film ‘Godfather’. The film is a remake of Malayalam-renowned actor Mohan Lal’s ‘Lucifer’.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi was last seen in ‘Bhola Shankar’. Helmed by Meher Ramesh, the film was a box-office bomb and received negative reviews. The actor is now gearing up for his next ‘Vishwambara’, backed by the prestigious banner of UV Creations. Trisha Krishnan is playing the female lead in this flick. Legendary music director M.M. Keeravani is composing the tunes for this socio-fantasy.
