iddu Jonnalagadda and Anupama Parameswaran starrer Tillu Square was released on March 29, 2024. Tillu Square was released after much anticipation and was acclaimed as the best sequel to DJ Tillu. As the film was released recently, Megastar Chiranjeevi watched the movie and congratulated the whole team of Tillu Square on scoring the double blockbuster.
The makers took to Instagram and shared a video of Chiranjeevi congratulating the team, captioned, “A praise that can make your day is a validation that your film is a bonafide blockbuster. The movie has garnered acclaim from both critics and audiences alike, achieving success on both artistic and commercial fronts. Tillu Square is shattering records, grossing more than 68.1 crores in 3 days and on its way to 100 crores.
Speaking more about Tillu Square, Mallik Ram directed the sequel to director Vimal Krishna’s earlier film. The film is backed by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under the banner of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. Siddu Jonnalagadda reprises the character he played in his previous film. Anupama Parameswaran stars as the main lead alongside Siddu Jonnalagadda in this movie. Ram Miriyala and Achu Rajamai composed the film’s music, while Bheems Cecieroleo composed the background score.
In a recent press conference, the producer confirmed that the franchise will have a third party, stating, “We will be making Tillu 3, but right now it is not announced at the end of Tillu Square. We’ll insert an official announcement from Monday.”
