Manchu Manoj Extends Wishes to ‘Kannappa’ Team, Omits Brother Vishnu in Message

As Manchu Vishnu’s ambitious pan-India film Kannappa gears up for its grand release, actor Manchu Manoj has taken to social media to wish the team success—without naming his brother Vishnu, the film’s lead actor and producer. The gesture, made via a post on X (formerly Twitter), has added fuel to ongoing speculations about strained relations between the Manchu brothers.

Manoj wrote, “Wishing the entire team of Kannappa the very best! My father and his team have worked hard on this film for several years. I pray for its blockbuster success. I’m looking forward to seeing my little champs Ari, Vivi, and Avram’s memories brought to life on screen. It’s also a joy to witness Tanikella Bharani garu’s dream character come alive. Heartfelt thanks to the golden-hearted Prabhas, Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Prabhudeva, and everyone who supported this film with love and trust.” Directed by Mahabharat fame Mukesh Kumar Singh and produced by Mohan Babu under the 24 Frames Factory banner, Kannappa has begun its premiere run in the U.S., with advance bookings open across India. Domestic premieres are set to begin this evening.
