Though he receives acclamation as the “Best Employee,” the most prestigious promotion is out of his reach, leaving him frustrated and desperate. Convinced that he has nothing to lose, Bhaskhar takes a bold step by engaging in a risky endeavour. What is this gamble he is willing to take? Will it lead him into trouble, or will it provide a way out of his financial struggles?

Review:

Dulquer Salmaan has done all that well, youthful charm oozing out from him and undeniable good looks as he plays out his role. He is multi-dimensional with regard to his emotions, portraying emotions at each stage through minute changes in the body language. He executes his character’s frustration very convincingly and then slides into a smart-witted one. This gives Salmaan’s work much more depth and adds a richness to the film, which really makes the film quite impressive.

Meenakshi Chaudhary brings a heartwarming charm to her role, delivering a captivating performance that resonates with the audience. The chemistry between her and Dulquer Salmaan is undeniable, enhancing their interactions and making their relationship a highlight of the film.

The supporting cast, featuring Ramki, Sai Kumar, and Tinnu Anand, adds substantial depth to the film. Their convincing performances enrich the storyline, making each character’s contribution feel integral to the overall narrative.

“Lucky Bhaskhar” offers an engaging narrative, skillfully penned by Venky Atluri, drawing inspiration from the real-life story of Harshad Mehta but with a unique twist. The film begins by depicting the relatable struggles of middle-class life, steadily building suspense through captivating plot twists that reveal the protagonist’s manipulation of the banking system, echoing Mehta’s notorious exploits.

The first half of the movie is filled with humor and entertainment, culminating in a surprising turn of events that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats. In contrast, the second half shifts to a more serious tone, exploring the seductive nature of wealth and the challenges of breaking free from its grip.

The score by GV Prakash Kumar is in perfect synchrony with the plot of the film consisting of situation-cum songs at appropriate places and sweet background music enough to create the feel. The dialogues add a sense of realism to the narrative. Apart from this, there are high production levels in the film which also add to the visual appeal and keeps the viewers interest locked in.

Lucky Bhaskhar is an engaging film, particularly appealing to fans of clever dialogue and strong storytelling. Although the plot might lean towards predictability, it still manages to captivate and amuse, thanks to Venky Atluri’s exceptional writing and Dulquer Salmaan’s undeniable charm.
