Hyderabad: Director Lokesh Kanagaraj, known for sharing updates about his films ahead of release, has posted a note expressing gratitude to Rajinikanth ahead of Coolie, set to hit theaters on August 14. The film stars Rajinikanth in a pivotal role, with Nagarjuna, Aamir Khan, Sathyaraj, Shruti Haasan, and Soubin Shahir in important roles.
Lokesh said, “Coolie will always hold a special place in my cinematic journey. The love the film has received is largely because of Thalaiva himself. I will always be grateful to him for giving me this opportunity. The shoot was filled with countless cherished memories that I will forever keep in my heart.” He shared behind-the-scenes photos from the film, highlighting his respect and admiration for the actor.
