Malkajgiri MP Eetala Rajender affirmed that Telangana’s liberation from the Nizam and Razakars was achieved through the valiant efforts of numerous fighters. In light of this, the BJP is organizing Liberation Day celebrations, he confirmed. Rajender, along with BJP leaders, reviewed the arrangements for the event at Parade Ground, stating that all preparations for the event, scheduled for today, have been completed.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be the chief guest for the Liberation Day celebrations. The Central Government is officially hosting these events to commemorate the sacrifices of Telangana’s martyrs. Rajender urged citizens across the state to hoist the national flag, recognizing the day as the milestone of Telangana’s freedom.
Following his inspection of the arrangements at Parade Ground, Rajender also viewed an exhibition featuring photographs of the martyrs who fought for Telangana’s liberation from Nizam’s rule. He emphasized that Telangana will always remember the history and sacrifices of these martyrs, highlighting their contributions in a collection of signatures.
