BRS Working President KT Rama Rao has sent a legal notice to Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay Kumar alleging lies in the phone tapping case. He expressed anger that Bandi Sanjay spoke irresponsibly while being a Union Minister and stated in the notices that it is not right to make false allegations against a public representative.
KTR expressed anger that Bandi Sanjay is making false comments for his political existence and demanded in the legal notices that he should immediately apologize for making false allegations. He said that he should not make false allegations in the future either. Otherwise, he warned that he would also be liable for criminal action.
KTR refuted the allegations made by Bandi Sanjay on the phone tapping issue before sending him the legal notices. Bandi Sanjay, who is a responsible Union Minister, said that it is not right to talk petty and vulgarly about the phone tapping issue. He challenged him to prove even one percent of the allegations if he dared.
Otherwise, he demanded that he withdraw the allegations and publicly apologize within 48 hours. He warned in a strong tone that he was sending legal notices and that if he did not respond within 48 hours, he would take him to court. KTR flagged that Sanjay was talking beyond limits on a sensitive issue.
KTR accused him of making irrelevant, vulgar, and third-class petty comments without at least common sense and without knowing the facts. He accused him of speaking indiscriminately for cheap publicity in politics and to attract media attention.
He said it was strange that Sanjay was unaware of how sensitive the issue of phone tapping was and how legally stringent it was. He also said it was unfortunate that Sanjay, who is a Union Minister, lacked even the minimum understanding, knowledge, and common sense about the functioning and policies of surveillance systems.
KTR lashed out at Sanjay, who is in a responsible position, saying that he is deliberately distorting facts and making allegations without evidence is proof of his political degradation. He came under fire for saying that Sanjay is degrading every time he talks about phone tapping and is misleading the people with false propaganda. He warned that such cheap allegations will not be tolerated.
