While Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is frequently predicting that BRS is about to merge with BJP and BJP leaders like union minister of state Bandi Sanjay Kumar stating that soon BRS is bound to merge with Congress, BRS Executive President K T Rama Rao asserted that Revanth Reddy’s next political destination is only BJP.
Recalling that Revanth Reddy’s political journey started with BJP, he alleges that still he is having understanding with that party and soon after becoming chief minister he has received `political direction’ from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It may be recalled soon after recent Lok Sabha elections, KTR said that BRS failed to win a single seat because of collusion between BJP and Revanth Reddy.
Due to this collusion only, he alleged that BJP had won seats in and around Greater Hyderabad. Now, he revealed that Chief Minister had himself disclosed these shocking plans that his next political destination will be BJP, with one of his associates recently.
To this effect, KTR said that Revanth Reddy allegedly promised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and union Home Minister Amit Shah, during his first meeting after becoming Chief Minister. According to him, Revanth Reddy had informed Prime Minister Narendra Modi that he started his political journey with the ABVP and would end it under the saffron flag. KTR demanded the Chief Minister to clarify on these charges to the public.
So, KTR is sure that very shortly along with close associates in the Congress party Revanth Reddy will migrate to the BJP. Meanwhile, strongly refuting Revanth Reddy’s comments that BRS is going to merge with BJP very shortly, Union Minister of State Bandi Sanjay said the fact is contrary.
According to him the BRS will merge with the Congress party very soon.He also revealed according to an understanding reached between these two parties, former chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will be made as Executive President of AICC, while KT Rama Rao will be made as PCC president. T Harish Rao will be inducted into the state cabinet and Kavitha will be sent to the Rajya Sabha.
