BRS Working President and former minister KT Rama Rao said that the state formation day will be celebrated by BRS cadres all over the state in a big way on June 2. He called for large-scale celebrations by hoisting the national flag and the party flag in all BRS district offices, constituencies, municipalities, towns and mandals.
He suggested that senior party leaders and all ranks should participate and celebrate the formation celebrations with the people. KTR called for the Telangana state formation celebrations, which were achieved after 14 years of tireless struggle and under the leadership of the movement leader KCR, to be celebrated grandly under the auspices of the party.
The party’s founding member and Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council Madhusudana Chary will participate in the national flag and party flag hoisting ceremony at Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad on June 2, and senior party leaders and activists are requested to participate in these celebrations in large numbers.
He also requested that the party flags along with the national flag be hoisted and the celebrations be held under the auspices of the party presidents in all district party offices across Telangana. He said that the national flag along with the pink flag should be hoisted in all constituencies, municipalities, towns and mandals along with the district headquarters and the Telangana formation celebrations should be celebrated with the people.
He reminded that the dream of six decades has been realized only due to the sacrifices of martyrs, the struggles of government employees, students and the collective efforts of all sections of society. He said that the first ten years of Telangana’s struggle have become an example for the entire country.
He said that every idea of the first Chief Minister of Telangana, KCR, has become a compass for many state governments and even the central government. The fact that schemes like Rythu Bandhu, Mission Kakatiya, Mission Bhagiratha, which were born on the soil of Telangana, stand like a beacon guiding the country, is a matter of pride for every Telangana child, he added.
