KTR Responds to ACB Case Allegations, Calls for Transparency in Formula E Racing Project

The political climate in Telangana has intensified with the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) registering a case against BRS Working President and Minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR). The case, which has drawn widespread attention across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, lists KTR as Accused No. 1 (A1) in the Formula E car racing project, invoking non-bailable sections.

The development coincided with KTR’s presence in the Assembly sessions. Addressing the issue on the Assembly floor, KTR dismissed the allegations, stating, “They are talking about a scam. The public deserves to know the facts.” He further stressed the importance of transparency and accountability in the Formula E car racing initiative.

The case has fueled political debates, with opposition parties leveraging the situation to question the ruling BRS government’s conduct, while party supporters rally to defend KTR’s stance.
