The upcoming prestigious project Kannappa, produced by Manchu Mohan Babu under a massive ₹140 crore budget, is set for a worldwide release on April 25. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, the film features Manchu Vishnu in the lead role. The makers are currently intensifying promotional activities ahead of its release.
The film boasts an ensemble cast, including pan-India star Prabhas and Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, alongside several noted actors from Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi industries in guest roles. The first look of Prabhas as Rudra, along with Mohanlal and other actors, has already been unveiled.
In a recent interview, Manchu Vishnu disclosed that both Prabhas and Mohanlal have not charged any remuneration for their roles in the film. He stated that their involvement in the project stemmed from their admiration and respect for his father, Mohan Babu.
