Renowned Hollywood stunt director JJ Perry, who is well known for his works in films like John Wick, Avatar 2, F9, and more, has joined with Rockstar Yash for the highly anticipated project ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Up’s.’
Recently, he wrapped up the action schedule of Toxic. JJ Perry took to his social media platform Instagram and shared his experience working with Yash and for Toxic. He posted a photo with Rocking Star Yash and captioned it, “Was a pleasure working with my friend Yash on the film Toxic! Had a great run in India, got to work with a lot of my dear friends from all over Europe. Can’t wait for everybody to see this one. It’s a banger! So proud of what we did.” Replying to his post, the actor wrote, “My friend, working with you was straight up, raw power.”
Helmed by National Award-winning filmmaker Geetu Mohandas, Toxic is an Indian period gangster drama starring Yash, Kiara Advani, and Nayanthara in the lead roles. The film is shaping up to be a massive global project, with international talent from Hollywood and across the industries in India joining the ensemble. Toxic is the first big-scale Indian film of its kind, marking a milestone in Indian cinema as the film is being filmed in both English and Kannada and will release in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and English.
Meanwhile, Yash is also busy with another major project, Nitesh Tiwari’s mythological epic ‘Ramayana,’ starring Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi. The actor will be seen playing Raavana opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
