JC Prabhakar Reddy Apologizes For Remarks Against Actress Madhavi Latha

Tadipatri Municipal Chairman JC Prabhakar Reddy has apologized for making objectionable remarks against actress and BJP leader Madhavi Latha. Addressing the media at his residence on Sunday, Prabhakar Reddy acknowledged that his comments were inappropriate and expressed regret over the incident.

The controversy erupted following remarks made by Madhavi Latha and BJP leader Sadineni Yamini regarding the New Year celebrations held on December 31 at JC Park in Tadipatri. Reacting to their statements, Prabhakar Reddy made comments that drew widespread criticism.

“I made those remarks in a fit of anger, without any intention to demean anyone,” Prabhakar Reddy clarified. He also addressed criticism regarding his political stance, saying, “Some individuals are questioning whether I will switch parties. No one has the right to dictate my political decisions.”

Highlighting his commitment to the development of Tadipatri, Prabhakar Reddy stated, “On December 31, around 16,000 women attended the New Year celebrations at JC Park, trusting me. I am determined to transform Tadipatri’s landscape within two years. The people’s support in the municipal elections stands as proof of their trust in me.”

The municipal chairman’s apology comes amid mounting criticism from various quarters over his controversial comments.
