The upcoming film ‘Janaka Ayithe Ganaka’ explores the emotional journey of a middle-class man who feels he’s unfit to raise his child due to financial struggles. Directed by debutant Sandeep Reddy Bandla and produced under Dil Raju Productions by Harshith and Hanshitha Reddy, the film stars Suhas and Sangeerthana in lead roles. The story blends various emotions, aiming to connect universally with the audience. Originally, Sandeep Reddy considered casting Naga Chaitanya in the lead, and even spent some time in discussions with him. However, due to Chaitanya’s commitment to Love Story with director Sekhar Kammula, he couldn’t take on the project, leading Suhas to step into the role.
Sandeep Reddy shared his excitement about Dil Raju’s unexpected approval of this unique, out-of-the-box concept, which he believes will resonate with Telugu audiences. Reddy emphasizes that the movie tackles relatable family issues in a fresh manner, and despite some misconceptions, assures that there’s no adult content in the film. He also mentioned that during filming, lead actor Suhas became a father, which brought an extra layer of emotion to his performance, with Suhas delivering heartfelt scenes without the need for glycerin. Janaka Ayithe Ganaka is set to release on October 12, and Sandeep Reddy is confident it will captivate audiences across all sections.
