Jana Sena senior leader and Municipal Corporator at Visakhapatnam Peethala Murthy Yadav has accused Reddy of grabbing assigned lands worth Rs 2,000 crore in Northern Andhra.

According to him, Jawahar Reddy has been accused of having started massive land encroachments, taking over 400 acres of SC and BC assigned lands in the name of benami transactions and occupying hundreds of acres around the Bhogapuram Airport.
Jana Sena leader also said that Chief Secretary has been fielding his son to settle land deals in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram district. He alleged that settling deals at the rate of R 5 lakh per acre, while the market price likely to be over Rs 2 crore.
Fearing that YCP government may not return in the state, Yadav said that the Chief Secretary is hurriedly concentrating on land transactions ignoring administration.
