Jagan Scraps YSRCP System, And Gears Up For Public Outreach!

Jagan has taken a significant step. Following the election loss, a marked change in his strategy has become evident. He is conducting reviews with party leaders across various districts and organizing media conferences. Jagan, who has opted to assume the opposition role six months after the coalition government formed, is now committed to reaching out to the public. He has also dissolved the regional coordination structure within the party.

Jagan held a meeting with key party officials to review the districts and address recent appointments. He noted that several districts still require the appointment of chairpersons. Jagan pointed out that there has been noticeable public discontent towards the coalition government in just four months. He expressed his plan to connect with the public after allowing the new government six months to settle in. Jagan explained to party leaders that conversations are PARTY MEMtaking place among the public regarding the ongoing developments within the coalition government.

Moreover, a decision has been reached to dismantle the regional coordinators’ system that was implemented during the party’s time in power. Previously, a senior leader was designated as a regional coordinator for two or three districts to oversee their functions. The new approach aims to transfer complete party responsibilities to the district presidents by eliminating this structure. Appointments for the remaining districts will be made after Dussehra. In addition, there will be new appointments to recognize those who have contributed to the party and its associated organizations at both state and district levels. A new initiative is also set for December to enhance party membership.
