Later only it proved that Viveka was axed to death. He also recalled how Jagan created a story during last elections depicting it as `Narasura’ putting an axe in his hands.

Later, property settlements in Bangalore were blamed for the murder. As opposition leader expressing distrust towards AP Police, Jagan went to High Court seeking CBI probe into the murder, but after coming to power the same petition was withdrawn.

Naidu said that it was the continuous persuasion of Viveka’s daughter Dr Sunitha seeking action against real killers, the probe is continuing till now.
