Global icon Priyanka Chopra celebrated Diwali in grand style by hosting an opulent lunch party for her friends in New York. The event, marked by its extravagant Indian-themed spread, drew significant attention on social media, highlighting Priyanka’s penchant for blending tradition with contemporary flair.
Renowned chef Priyavand Chauhan curated the lavish menu, catering to both children and adults. Starters included papdi chaat, bhel puri, masala fries, chilli paneer bites, mini kati rolls, and cheese-stuffed Bombay sandwiches, setting the tone for a flavorful celebration.
A special “Mini Dosa Live Station” was set up for children, allowing them to customize dosas with toppings such as coconut chutney, paneer bhurji, and sweet corn. Other kid-friendly items included butter chicken sliders, veggie pizza squares, and mac & cheese cups, ensuring a fun and interactive dining experience for the younger guests.
For adults, the main course featured butter chicken curry, paneer tikka masala, and Hakka noodles cups, complemented by drinks such as mango lassi and strawberry shakes.
