Home Minister Anitha says special Attention on police Infrastructure

Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha said that the coalition government has paid special attention to police infrastructure. He said that along with temples and schools, the police station is important in the society.

Anitha and DGP Dwaraka Tirumala Rao inaugurated the Road Accident Victims Assistance Center and the new Arilova Police Station on the premises of the City Police Commissionerate in Visakhapatnam. She asked everyone to cooperate in the development of the police department.

She reminded that the coalition government has inaugurated the Arilova Police Station today, where the foundation stone was laid by the then Home Minister Chinna Rajappa in 2018. She said that the Visakhapatnam Road Accident Victims Cooperation Center has been started. Anitha said that the central government has come forward to provide assistance to road accident victims in Visakhapatnam.

The Home Minister said that a toll-free number 7995095793 has been set up to help road accident victims. She suggested that some insurance policies should be changed. That is why she is focusing on changing this policy. She said that auto drivers are being trained in traffic and tweets have increased in recent times.

Anitha said that while the sins of the YSRCP are being exposed, victims are coming out through tweets. She revealed that soon family members of Vijayasai Reddy and YV Subbareddy are going to be exposed on how they become partners in crimes.

She accused Vijayasai Reddy of being a person like Shakuni who does not have minimum values. He deplored that Vijayasai’s words against elders are hurtful. In response to a question asked by media representatives, she said that everything is known about the Kakinada Port affair and that YSRCP leaders have threatened everyone.

Anitha said that the CBCID is investigating the illegal smuggling of rice. Referring to land irregularities committed by YCP leaders, the home minister said the irregularities of former MP MVV Satyanarayana in Visakhapatnam have come to light.

She deplored that in the last five years, not a single police station has been properly managed. She said that they are installing CCTV cameras in cities and using drone cameras to identify and destroy Ganja. Home Minister Anita said that the Eagle system has just started working.
