Home Minister K. Anitha was furious that former chief minister Jaganmohan Reddy has no humanity, but inciting violence. Stating that Jagan was provided Z-plus security, she wondered why Jagan did not go in the bulletproof vehicle provided by the government during his visit to Sattenapalli?
Home Minister Anitha flagged that Jagan was deliberately inciting hatred and held a roadshow while going for consoling a family. She recalled that Jagan, who left Tadepalli at 10:30 in the morning, reached Rentapalla at 4 PM. She alleged that Jagan went there deliberately showing off his strength.
She questioned why when a person fell under Jagan’s vehicle, he did not care? She expressed her grief that he was thrown into the thorn bushes without mercy or pity. The Home Minister said that if Singaiah had been taken to the hospital on time, he would have survived.
She is furious that a dalit was crushed under the tire of Jagan’s car. She questioned whether Jagan cared about human lives other than political gains? She was fired for continuing the tour even though two people died during Jagan’s tour. She wondered if a statue was installed for a person who died due to betting debts.
Anitha said that Jagan still has the greed to sit in the CM’s chair and YSRCP leaders are shamelessly defending the death of Singhaiah. She accused Jagan of being a criminal in political guise. She deplored that Jagan is further degrading his value by saying that he has nothing to do with Singhaiah’s death.
Referring to Jagan’s comments that during his regime no restrictions were imposed on Chandrababu’s tours, Anitha asked him if he had forgotten that he tied ropes to the gate of his house? Couldn’t Chandrababu be stopped at the airport? Didn’t Lokesh snatch the microphone and stools during the Yuvagalam padayatra and run away?, she asked.
As part of Z Plus security, the Home Minister said that they are providing Jagan with whatever security he needs. When the stampede in Kandukur resulted in the deaths of Telugu Desam activists, she recalled that Chandrababu immediately canceled the meeting and went to the hospital and visited the injured. The next day, she said that he went to the homes of the affected families and visited them.
