The Telangana High Court has issued orders directing HYDRAA Commissioner Ranganath to appear for a hearing on Monday. The court heard a case related to the Ameenpur Lake today and subsequently issued notices to Ranganath.
Recently, Hydraa authorities demolished a building, claiming it was within the Full Tank Level (FTL) area of the Ameenpur Lake. However, the petitioner approached the High Court, stating that the case was still under judicial consideration, and the authorities went ahead with the demolition without acknowledging this. The High Court has now instructed Ranganath to provide an explanation and appear for the hearing, either in person or online.
