BJP leader and Heath Minister Satyakumar Yadav’s chief aide Adinarayana Yadav has resorted to rowdyism to encroach on valuable land in the Kia Industrial Estate limits of Penukonda mandal in Sri Satya Sai district. The land worth crores of rupees is supposed to be on the national highway near Kammavaripalli in the mandal.
On Sunday, MPP Adinarayana’s followers created a ruckus. While he was demolishing a fence with a JCB, he attacked the owner Prabhakar with sticks and rods and seriously injured him. On his complaint, the police reached the spot and arrested the three accused. Along with the accused, the police seized a car, a JCB, and the rods and sticks they had brought with them.
According to the details given by the victim and the police, Prabhakar, a resident of Guntakal, purchased 1.72 acres of land in Survey No. 433 in the limits of Munimadugu village in 2018. Adjacent to this land is the land of Global Horticulture Private Limited, a company of which Mudigubba MPP Adinarayana Yadav is the director.
He said that he has been in a land dispute with MPP Adinarayana for the past few years. In this context, Adinarayana, who was elected as an MPP from YSRCP, joined the BJP during the elections and continued as a key follower of Minister Satyakumar. In this context, on Sunday evening, some people in Adinarayana’s car came to the land belonging to Prabhakar and created havoc.
It seems that Prabhakar was talked to by Adinarayana. The victim said that Adinarayana had threatened him on the phone that he would kill him if he did not listen to what he was told. He also alleged that he had ordered his followers to kill him. Enraged by this, the followers severely attacked Prabhakar with rods and sticks and injured him.
Farmers in nearby fields noticed and screamed, leaving Prabhakar behind and fled. The victim approached the police regarding the incident. He complained that he was threatened by MPP Adinarayana. SI Rajesh said that a case has been registered based on the complaint of the victim Prabhakar and an investigation is underway.
