Rocking star Yash, who garnered global recognition through the blockbuster ‘KGF’ series, is now meticulously planning for his next film, ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown Ups’. Helmed by National Award winner Geetu Mohandas, the film has been in the news for quite some time regarding the film’s casting.
Excitement is building as ‘Toxic’ is set to commence shooting on August 8 in Bengaluru. The choice of this date of August 8, 2024 (8-8-8) holds significant meaning, coinciding with Yash’s deep connection to the number 8, which is also his birth date.
Before diving into the shooting for the first schedule of this highly anticipated film, Yash visited several temples in Karnataka to seek blessings for their epic journey ahead. The KGF actor visited temples along with his family and producer Venkat K. Narayana.
Pictures of him with his wife, Radhika Pandit, and children from the temples are circulating online, anticipating buzz among fans with his new look.
Promising yet another action thriller, ‘Toxic’ is set against the backdrop of the 1950s in the world of drug mafia. The makers have erected a massive set in Bengaluru.
Backed by KVN Productions and Yash’s banner, Monster Mind Creations, the film features Bollywood beauty Kiara Advani as the female lead. The latest buzz is that the film boasts an ensemble cast including Nayanthara, Kareena Kaoor Khan, Huma Qureshi, and Shine Tom Chacko.
Additionally, it is reported that Nawazuddin Siddique will be playing a key role in this film, however, the filmmakers have yet to confirm.
