In a key political development in Andhra Pradesh, GV Reddy has resigned as AP FiberNet Chairman. Along with this, he has also stepped down from the primary membership of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and his position as the party’s national spokesperson. He has submitted his resignation letter to Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. The coalition government has accepted his resignation from the FiberNet Chairman post.
Meanwhile, a report on the FiberNet controversy has been submitted to the Chief Minister. Following this, Chandrababu ordered the transfer of FiberNet MD Dinesh Kumar and directed him to report to the General Administration Department (GAD).
These developments are seen as a strong signal emphasizing discipline within both the party and the government.
