Actor Gopichand, who began shooting for a film in March, has now launched another project. The new film, directed by debutant Kumar Sai, was formally inaugurated with a pooja ceremony on Thursday.
The film, set in the thriller genre, stars Malayalam actress Meenakshi Dinesh as the female lead. It is being produced under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra. Further details about the supporting cast and technical crew are expected to be announced soon.
Meanwhile, Gopichand’s earlier project, launched in March, is being helmed by director Sankalp Reddy. The high-budget film is reportedly based on key historical events from Indian history.
