The TDP leadership has made it clear that the worker is the boss of the party and has instructed the TDP MLAs and party in-charges to hold meetings with them every Wednesday. It has ordered them to find out the problems and solve them.
TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and National General Secretary Nara Lokesh have instructed the MLAs and party in-charges to hold meetings with the party workers at the constituency level every Wednesday and take steps to find out their problems and resolve them.
They have directed them to congratulate those who have performed well in the party’s organizational structure, departments and programs. They have instructed them to hold grievances from morning to afternoon on the same day and receive requests and complaints from the people.
It has been stated that the in-charge ministers should visit the districts assigned to them for two days every month. They were told that a meeting would be held with the district officials on the first day, and a meeting with the Lok Sabha constituency president and zonal coordinators on the second day, along with the party workers.
The party central office said in a statement that the meeting minutes should be sent to them and that if anyone does not hold the meeting, they should give a written explanation. The party asked that the formation of the Kutumb Sadhikara Samiti, cluster, unit, booth committees should be completed by April 15, and the main and subsidiary committees from the village level to the Lok Sabha constituency level by April 30.
Lokesh called on the workers who stood by the party during difficult times to be the strength of the Telugu Desam, and that their party has an organizational structure that no other party in the country has, creating history with one crore members and becoming the largest family.
The party office stated in the statement that meetings are being held with those who have shown the best performance in membership registration, cluster, unit, booth in-charges, Babu Surety – Guarantee for the future, Sankharavam field works, voter verification, and programs to download party apps.
