Fans and media alike are eagerly seeking updates on Allu Arjun’s next film, following the success of the Pushpa series. The high-budget project, directed by Atlee and produced by Sun Pictures, is being made with advanced technology and international production standards.
Producer Bunny Vas, who is overseeing the project (AA22 Update), addressed questions during a press meet for the release of Kanya Kumari, starring Sreecharan Rachakonda and Geeth Saini, which is set to hit screens on August 27. When asked about details of Allu Arjun’s new film, Vas said, “We have a non-disclosure agreement with Sun Pictures. I cannot comment at this time. If anything is to be revealed, it should come from them.”
Regarding the impact of worker strikes on the shoot, Vas explained, “Strikes in the Telugu film industry must be managed wherever they occur, and coordination is essential. At times, we faced challenges due to strikes, and at other times, we continued shooting based on requests. The project involves crores in daily expenses, and many foreign technicians have been brought in. Even if they cannot work due to strikes, they must be compensated according to agreements.”
Reports indicate that Allu Arjun’s character will be explored in three different shades. The film is being shot on a grand scale using motion capture technology and heavy visual effects. Three leading actresses are also set to feature prominently, adding to the film’s international-level production values.
