Sisters in spirits though never on screen, Alia Bhatt and Samantha Ruth Prabhu twinned their delightful warmth at Jigra Pre Release event near Hyderabad last Saturday. The event saw the presence of many celebrities, the event has been attended by director Trivikram and actor Rana Daggubati amongst many others are here to endorse this action thriller movie directed by Vasan Bala. In her speech, Alia could not help but to bless Samantha with loads of compliments referring to her as the real role model.
That spoke volumes in Samantha’s ears, she could barely control herself and cried as she listened to her. “Sam, my dearest Samantha… You are a hero whether in movies or out of them. You are talented, strong and very much sturdy,” said Alia making Samantha cry. Even and especially in the world full of men, you’ve become an example of how it’s like being a woman and still stand out in your ability and perseverance.
Alia also farewelled Samantha with a quite exclusive Happy message and she also shared that when she was texting Samantha to ask her to come to the event, the response of the later was instant positive. She said that in another way, that speaks volumes about your personality, Alia pointed out. She even joked with Trivikram to make a movie with both the actress stating that there is no competition between the two. To this, she said, “I’m lucky to have a pan-India superstar like you here for my film.”
Jigra is expected to be out soon and its producers are Karan Johar and others under the banners of Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine Productions. Its movie date is this Friday and there is great expectation for the movie to be out.
