YS Sharmila flays Anna protecting YS Viveka killers!

AP Congress chief YS Sharmila turned emotional on Friday at a meeting held in Kadapa to mark the fifth death anniversary of her uncle and former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy and deplored the present government protecting `killers’ in the case.

Referring to her brother and AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy, she deplored that those who called themselves Anna are protecting the killers. Sharmila said that the evidence shows that the killers are only relatives.

Moreover, she felt angry that instead of giving assurance of a fair trail, they are making accusations and terrorising victims. Earlier on this occasion, Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter Dr Sunitha Reddy paid tribute at the ghat in Pulivendula with her husband Rajasekhar Reddy and family members. They garlanded the statue at Viveka Park.

Sharmila lamented that even after five years, the murderers have not been punished. She dared her brother Jagananna to stand in front of the mirror and ask himself about this murder case. She advised him to listen to his conscience.

Stating that YSR has done a lot for his siblings and asked Jagan what have you done as successor of his father? On the other hand, YS Sharmila has declared that she will stand by YS Viveka’s daughter Sunita no matter who stands by her.

Sharmila commented that their fight is not for power or property, but for justice. “Every time I see Sunita, I feel pain and excitement in my heart. Anger that justice has not been done. I feel that the little soul has not found peace. That’s why I am talking to Sunita and Chinmamma”, she declared.

She asserted that “no matter who is standing next to me or not, YSR’s child will be with you. I am Sunita’s strength and weapon in her righteous struggle. I will stand in support of Sunita’s struggle to punish those who killed Viveka”.

Sharmila said. “This is not a fight for politics, for inheritance, for property or for power. This fight is for justice. For a child who is seeking justice in the case of his father’s death, for a wife who has lost her husband to cruelty and became a widow. For the peace of the little soul”.

That’s why, she appealed that all the Telugu people should stand by the side of truth, justice and dharma. Those who defeat the politics of murder and protect the murderers should also be taught a lesson and truth should win, she added.
