Hyderabad: BJP leader and Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender on Wednesday criticized Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for his recent comments, accusing him of making remarks that undermine the dignity of his office. Rajender warned that legal consequences would follow Revanth’s suggestion of a DNA test for Union Minister Kishan Reddy.
Speaking at the BJP state office during a tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on his death anniversary, Rajender highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to preserving constitutional values. He stated that democratically elected governments should act as public servants and accused the Telangana government of misleading the public with unfulfilled promises.
Rajender also targeted the Congress government, questioning the reasons behind their celebrations and demanding clarity on their contributions to public welfare. “All sections of society are questioning what Revanth Reddy has achieved in the past year,” he added.
The BJP leader announced that the party would hold a rally to expose the Congress government’s alleged failures, with BJP National President J.P. Nadda scheduled to attend the event.
