Puri Jagannadh and Ram Pothineni are gearing up to get a potential blockbuster hit with the eagerly awaited sequel, ‘Double iSmart’. The film’s production is progressing rapidly to deliver an exciting sequel to the big screen.
Scheduled for a pan-Indian release, the film will be released worldwide theatrically on August 15. Ahead of its release, the makers have just unveiled the promo for the first single, ‘Steppamaar’.

The promo unveils powerful beats with a visual treat of Ram Pothineni’s dynamic dance moves, offering a sneak peek into the vibrant mass musical experience and setting the stage for what’s to come in the ‘Double iSmart.
Mani Sharma is at the helm of music direction, and the lyrics of this mass song, ‘Steppamaar’ were penned by renowned lyricist Bhaskarabhatla Ravi Kumar, with vocals by Anurag Kulkarni and Sahithi for the Telugu version. The lyrical song will be released on July 1st.
Helmed by Puri Jagannadh, the film promises to deliver twice the action, intensity, and entertainment compared to its prequel. Backed by Puri Jagannadh and Charmmee Kaur under the banner of Puri Connects, Kavya Thapar plays the female lead opposite Ram Pothineni. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt portrays the film’s antagonist.
Slated for release on August 15, it will compete with Nivetha Thomas’ ’35-Chinna Katha Kaadu’, Narne Nithiin’s ‘Aay’, and the Hindi film ‘Stree 2’ featuring Shraddha Kapoor.
