Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Sankranti hit, Daaku Maharaaj, will be heading to OTT on Netflix. The movie’s release date is finalized on February 21, 2025, and goes live on the streaming site.
The movie was directed by director Bobby Kolli and was released on 12 January and became a blockbuster, earning Balakrishna his fourth straight hit. It was well received for its racy screenplay, scintillating performances, and thunderous action sequences.
Made on the banner of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, Daaku Maharaj has been made by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya as producers. It features Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath, Chandini Chowdary, Urvashi Rautela, and Bobby Deol playing important roles. Apart from it, Thaman’s rocking music background tracks and chartbuster tracks did a magical job in performing the tremendous attraction of this film.
While Balakrishna will be occupied shooting for Akhanda 2, a sequel to the highly acclaimed 2021 film Akhanda. Boyapati Srinu has directed the film, pitted against Balakrishna is actress Samyuktha Menon.
