‘Committee Kurrollu’ Drops First Single ‘Gorrela’: A Satirical Take On Vote-Buying

Niharika Konidela is stepping into the role of a producer for the first time with her upcoming venture, ‘Committee Kurrollu’, showcasing a fresh array of talent on the silver screen. The first single for Committee Kurrollu, titled ‘Gorrela’, has been unveiled today.

The makers of ‘Committee Kurrollu took to their social media handles to share the first single, ‘Gorrela’ via YouTube and captioned, “Dabbulu ki vote ammukune gorrellu ki ankitham.” 

The lyrical song, which runs for 3 minutes and 47 seconds, is all about the satirical take on all who take money to vote. The song cleverly critiques the practice of accepting bribes for votes. Its timely release aligns with the approaching elections in Andhra Pradesh, generating significant attention.

With Anudeep Dev at the helm of the film’s music direction, this energetic song was penned by Nag Arjun Reddy with the vocals of many artists like Anudeep Dev, Vinayak, Akhil Chandra, Harshavardhan Chavali, Aditya Bheemathati, Sindhuja Srinivasan, Maneesha Pandranki, and Arjun Vijay.

The film Committee Kurrollu, written and helmed by Yadhu Vamsi and backed by Pink Elephant Pictures and Shree Radha Damodar Studios. Touted to be a comedy-drama, the film marks Niharika Konidela’s first production under her banner. The technical crew includes Raju Edurolu as the film’s cinematographer, with Anwar Ali handling the editing.

The film boasts a talented cast, introducing Sandeep Saroj, Yashwant Pendyala, Eshwar Rachiraju, Sivakumar, Raghuvaran, Prasad Behara, Sharanya Suresh, Tejaswi Rao, Teena Sravya, Vishika, Shanmukhi, Akshay Srinivas, Manikanta, Lokesh Kumar, and others.
