CM Chandrababu’s Festive Gift Stuns Employees!”

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu announced that a DA will be given to employees as a Diwali gift. He said that Rs. 160 crore will be spent every month for employees’ DA. The cabinet sub-committee met with the leaders of the employee unions on Saturday. On this occasion, the leaders of the employee unions explained their problems to the cabinet sub-committee.

Later, the cabinet sub-committee brought the views of the employee unions to the attention of CM Chandrababu. Chandrababu, who met with the leaders of the employee unions and the cabinet sub-committee at his residence in Undavalli, held a press conference on Saturday night. He announced that changes will be made in the systems in the next 60 days without any inconvenience to any employee.

He said that it has been decided to give child care leave to be used for 180 days until retirement. He announced that property tax exemption for offices was previously available, but now it is being done again without tax burden. He assured that promotions for RTC employees are being cleared. He said that orders will be given on the occasion of Diwali on Monday.

Stating that the state is currently in financial difficulties, he assured that once wealth is created, the benefits will be transferred back to the employees. He deplored that the previous YSRCP government had kept four DAs pending for employees and a total of Rs 7,000 crores of pending DAs have to be given. Chandrababu said that it is his responsibility to give pending dues to employees despite financial difficulties.

Chandrababu said that DA will be deposited in the accounts of employees from November 1 and explained that the government will spend Rs 160 crores every month for this. He said that Rs 105 crores will be given in November and Rs 105 crores in January. On the other hand, Chandrababu revealed that an installment of Rs 105 crores will be given to the police regarding EL in November.

He announced that another Rs 105 crores will be given in January and that the employees’ mediclaim system will be streamlined within 60 days. Chandrababu Naidu announced that a pending promotion for RTC employees will be cleared by Diwali. He said that the issue of CPS of the employees will also be discussed and resolved. Explaining the state’s financial situation to the employees, Chandrababu Naidu wanted a solution to the PRC issue.
