Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has warned the YCP leaders in Palnadu to be careful and made it clear that he will not stand idly by if rowdyism, crimes and atrocities are committed. He warned that he will not tolerate YCP leaders attacking the people.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, while participating in the Swarnandhra-Swachchhandhra program organized every third Saturday of every month, in Palnadu district’s Macherla, lamented that there was no democracy in Macherla under the previous Jagan Mohan Reddy regime.
He said that a lot of anarchy had taken place in Macherla. He said that he had seen everything and the people were happy that freedom had come to Macherla under the coalition government. He recalled that he had been prevented from coming to Atmakur in the past and attacks were carried out when it came to municipal elections.
The Chief Minister called on people to stand up to protect the properties of the people. Along with removing the garbage tax, he asserted that they would also clean up garbage politics. He warned that people would not forgive anyone even if their behavior was not good. He said that he would suppress rowdyism in Palnadu.
CM Chandrababu said that he would not only eliminate garbage, but also eliminate garbage politics. He emphasized that people are happy with the Super Six schemes and the government is working towards building a society free of poverty. He announced that they would give Rs. 15,000 to auto drivers as a Dussehra gift.
He clarified that some people only talk, but they will show it with their actions. He emphasized that his goal is to increase income for everyone. He revealed that all services are being provided through WhatsApp. He explained that there is a possibility of creating a large amount of wealth from garbage.
The Chief Minister explained that waste-to-energy plants will soon be set up in Rajahmundry, Nellore, Kadapa and Kurnool. He said that the entire AP will be made plastic-free by June 26th. He took up a cleanliness program in the areas surrounding the tank in Macherla and swept away garbage at the tank in Macherla.
Later, CM Chandrababu spoke to the sanitation workers. Ministers Gottipati, Narayana, MP Srikrishna Devarayalu, MLA Julakanti participated in the CM’s visit. The CM flagged off the Swachh Ratham vehicles. He inspected the stalls set up at the Macherla Praja Vedika. A micro credit cheque worth Rs. 2 crore was presented to women belonging to self-help groups in Macherla Municipality.
