CM Chandrababu To Appoint Advisors For P-4 From Abroad, He will speak with 100 Industry Groups

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has directed the faster implementation of P-4 for poverty eradication. He held a review with the Planning Department officials on Wednesday and suggested that prominent people should be attracted from abroad for P-4. As part of this, he said that it has been decided to appoint advisors from abroad as well.

Many individuals and organizations in the society are interested in helping the poor, and Chandrababu suggested that P-4 should be made a platform for all such people. He directed that those who want to be mentors should be contacted and more attention should be paid to connecting them with golden families.

He said that a special call center has also been prepared for this. He instructed 5 officials to set up a special system to provide proper information and advice to the mentors. He also suggested that a survey should be conducted to assess the past and present situation of those families after connecting the mentors with golden families.

Chandrababu suggested holding special meetings to educate industrialists, NRIs and other celebrities about P-4. On this occasion, officials informed the Chief Minister that 19,15,771 golden families have been identified in the state so far, out of which 87,395 families have been adopted by the mentors.

Chandrababu said that he will personally talk to 100 top companies to make P-4 a success. He said that he will talk to the CEOs, COOs, MDs and chairmen of those companies. He also said that he will personally talk to Telugu people in the country and abroad and invite them to come as mentors. He examined the logos designed to take forward the poverty-free P-4 policy.

He also said that March 30 will be celebrated as the P-4 anniversary. Planning Minister Payyavula Keshav and officials of the Finance and Planning Departments participated in this review.

Meanwhile, orders have been issued to establish the Swarnandhra P-4 Foundation. The existing Smart Andhra Pradesh Foundation has been renamed as Swarnandhra P-4 Foundation and C. Kutumba Rao has been appointed as its Vice Chairman.
