Amaravati: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has taken serious note of the controversy surrounding Vijayawada MP Kesineni Chinni and Tiruvuru MLA Kolikapudi Srinivas Rao. The CM reportedly expressed displeasure over certain leaders’ conduct and the social media uproar, emphasizing that public criticism and remarks creating controversies will not be tolerated.
TDP state president Palla Srinivas Rao, who was in Dubai, spoke to Chandrababu and suggested calling the two leaders for discussions. However, the CM clarified that he would personally address the matter upon returning from the UAE, stressing that issues must be handled responsibly and within party discipline. He instructed that any concerns should be raised through internal party forums.
Following the CM’s directives, Palla Srinivas Rao canceled a planned meeting of Tiruvuru panchayat and unified Krishna district leaders scheduled for Friday. The decision reflects the party leadership’s focus on maintaining discipline and internal cohesion ahead of upcoming political engagements.
