Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu provided an insightful response to a medical student’s question on how he maintains his health and well-being. He participated in an interactive session with women in Markapuram, Prakasam district, as part of the International Women’s Day celebrations.
During the event, Tarani, a medical student from Ardhaveedu, inquired about his health regimen. Responding to her query, Chandrababu shared his approach to fitness and well-being.
“I remain engaged in work from morning to night, staying more active than many young individuals. My commitment to serving the public and striving for a good reputation keeps my mindset positive.
Discipline in diet is crucial. Overindulgence, especially in sweets, can lead to diabetes and other health complications. Medication should also be taken in moderation, as excessive reliance can lead to increased dosages and potential side effects.
Regular health monitoring is essential. I wear a smart ring that tracks my health data, and I am working on an initiative to promote health awareness among the public,” he stated.
Chandrababu emphasized the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle and encouraged people to adopt a disciplined approach to health and well-being.
