CM Chandrababu seeks continuous opinion polls on Government schemes

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has directed the officials to conduct continuous opinion polls on the implementation of government schemes. The CM, who reviewed the implementation of real-time governance and government schemes, made it clear that there should be no laxity, corruption and negligence among staff and employees at any level in the implementation of schemes.

He advised that everything should be done properly and that changes should be made based on the feedback of the people. The CM reviewed the information collected in various forms on the management of government schemes and programs. He reviewed the survey reports conducted on various topics including IVRS and QR code scanning from the people.

The Chief Minister advised that the complaints and feedback received regarding some schemes should be thoroughly investigated and performance should be improved. Whether there is a complaint about not receiving pension at home, problems in gas cylinder delivery, corruption, or dissatisfaction with services in hospitals, he advised that action should be taken to discuss them and go to the beneficiaries who have expressed dissatisfaction and analyze the reasons.

He suggested that if there is a problem due to errors in the individuals and system, each call should be analyzed and action should be taken. The CM suggested that if corruption occurs anywhere in gas distribution, the agencies should be held responsible.

Chandrababu, who reviewed the supply of fertilizers, discussed with the officials the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. He wanted to take the farmers towards new cultivation methods, explain and encourage the uses of technology. He wanted to explain the harm caused by excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

Chandrababu said that there is no need to start the distribution of social pensions in the state at 5 am and 6 am, and suggested that the distribution of pensions should start at 7 am and be completed by 6 pm. He said that his idea is to ensure that pension distribution is done properly and there is no need to bother employees with unnecessary rules in the name of pension.

At the same time, the CM suggested that the policy of pension at home should be implemented properly. If it is found that pension is distributed at places other than home, the reasons should be analyzed. The CM suggested that employees should treat beneficiaries with respect.
