Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that he was determined to make Amaravati a model capital in the world and that he had started Angel Capital with that aspiration. He commented that he had been defeated on some occasions because of his passion for development issues.
He hoped that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India would reach the top of the world by 2047 and Indians would be number one worldwide. Chandrababu Naidu spoke at a summit organized by Republic TV on the topic of ‘Limitless India’ in Delhi on Thursday.
“The owners of the capital of Amaravati are the farmers. However, after we lost the 2019 elections and the YSRCP came to power, progress in Amaravati came to a standstill. The then government divided Amaravati and troubled the farmers”, he said.
Chandrababu lamented that the previous government illegally arrested him and states in the country responded against his arrest. He recalled that Telugu people in 60 countries around the world stood in support and Protests were held for about 53 days. They came forward in solidarity because they recognized the development and welfare that he provided to AP, he added.
“Twenty-five years ago, I brought an IT revolution in Hyderabad. I implemented economic reforms 30 years ago. With my policies, all the Telugus who went abroad to find jobs stood with the alliance in the last elections and won,” Chandrababu said.
He is confident that if health, development and welfare are the main agenda, the people will always stand by him. Chandrababu called on all the people to think about the Nation First policy.
“The youth is the investment in the future of the country. Not hard work.. but smart work. In the past, I brought ‘Mee Seva’ and ‘Ee Seva’. Now.. I have introduced WhatsApp governance. In the next 10-15 years, India will dominate the skills and service sectors worldwide”, he added.
For this, Chandrababu said that everyone should put aside negative thoughts and move forward with positive thoughts. “Currently, wherever you go in any developed country in the world, you will find the people of our country there,” Chandrababu said.
