Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has called for efforts to ensure that the alliance candidates achieve a resounding victory in the graduates’ MLC elections to be held on February 27. He advised the alliance leaders to repeat the strike rate achieved in the 2024 assembly elections. He said that every election is like a test and everyone should work hard to ensure that the alliance candidates succeed.
He said that the people of the state made the alliance win with a strike rate of 93 percent in the 2024 elections, and he urged them to continue moving in that direction. CM Chandrababu held a teleconference with ministers, MPs, MLAs and alliance leaders of the joint Guntur-Krishna and Both Godavari districts.
On this occasion, he said “For the victory in the MLC elections, all the candidates of the three parties should work together. We should coordinate at the field level. We should sensitize the voters. The people have given their verdict to the alliance with a strike rate of 93 percent in the 2024 elections. We should work for such a victory”.
The Chief Minister cautioned that there are only 10 days left for the MLC elections. He advised that leaders should follow the alliance’s dharma and work for victory without violating the election code of conduct. He expressed hope that the majority in the MLC elections would be better than the one in the general elections.
“The people of Andhra Pradesh have given us the crown. We are working every day to maintain their trust. We have started development and welfare programs by putting the systems in order. We have brought about a clear change in governance. We are trying to attract investments with the brand AP and provide jobs to the youth”, he added.
