TDP chief and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has called for the launch of Operation Clean Politics, Positive Politics and Progressive Politics inspired by Operation Sindhur that eliminated terrorists.
Addressing the massive public meeting held in Kadapa on the concluding day of three-day Party’s annual Mahanadu on Thursday, he said that terrorists are as dangerous to the country, but financial terrorists under the guise of politics should be expelled from the state.
Just as India did Operation Sindhur against terrorists, he asserted that financial terrorists should be removed from politics with ‘Operation Clean Politics’. He said that the TDP’s rise is a case study in how a party should be and how governance should be. Chandrababu said that the YSRCP is a case study in how rulers should not be and how a party should not be run.
Stating that he would make the YSRCP addressless, he said people’s regime rule came about as a result of the sacrifices and struggles of TDP workers. After the formation of the coalition government, the first Mahanadu was held at Devuni Gadapa. Chandrababu said that the response was overwhelming and it was a super hit.
He said that he came to Kadapa on May 2nd last year for the Prajagalam election meeting, and that day in the meeting, he said that Kadapa politics is changing, and that change is clearly visible in Kadapa Gadapa, and that has literally come true today. He said that he is taking steps with a policy of continuous development-welfare-wealth creation and providing better living standards.
The Chief Minister made it clear that TDP is a party that knows how to create wealth. He deplored that people were shaken by the misdeeds and land mafias done by the previous government, and he had never seen land problems of this level in his political life. He lamented that 22 A was used as a weapon to rob the poor and properties were thrown into disputes.
He said that after coming to power, the Land Titling Act, which had left people’s lands without protection, was repealed and a new Anti-Land Grabbing Act was brought. He promised to completely resolve the land issues by the coming Mahanadu. Chandrababu said that the people’s verdict in the last election has increased the party’s credit in Delhi and that the state is being developed with the help of the center.
Chandrababu said that the Polavaram project has been given a go-ahead and assured that it is his responsibility to complete Polavaram by December 2027. He said that the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant sentiment has been saved and a railway zone has been established. He recalled that the center has helped to provide Rs. 15,000 crores to Amaravati.
The TDP chief said that Prime Minister Modi’s idea is to provide water to every household and he strongly believes that if opportunities are provided to the youth, they will do wonders. That is why, he said that he would provide 20 lakh jobs from the first day of taking oath. He said that he is working hard for that. He said that Rs. 7.50 lakh crores have been invested for jobs for 6 lakh people and results are coming with more than 20 newly introduced policies.
