CM Chandrababu Assure To complete Christian Building In Guntur

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu announced that he would complete the Christian building in Guntur. He deplored that the previous regime acted with extreme negligence by not constructing the building in the last five years. On Monday, he participated in the semi-Christmas celebrations in Vijayawada and assured that the coalition government will fully support the Christians.

He said that the Telugu Desam government will always give top priority to the welfare and security of minority communities. On this occasion, CM Chandrababu reminded that it was his government that started providing financial assistance to Christians going to Jerusalem. He said that he would also work towards the construction of Christian cemeteries.

He criticized that the previous rulers had caused many problems to Christian affiliated colleges. He called on the people to work together to reduce economic inequalities. On this occasion, CM Chandrababu made it clear that it was his responsibility to bring the state back to its former glory.

He said that he was always a partisan of the poor. He said that Christianity is a symbol of compassion, love and service. He explained that educational institutions and hospitals belonging to Christianity have been providing services to the people of the country on a large scale since before the independence of Andhra Pradesh.

He said that Lord Jesus also inspired these. He said that the life of Jesus Christ is an example of a simple life. He said that Jesus Christ was ready to sacrifice himself for those who believed and everyone needs to get inspiration from him.

The Chief Minister said that following the sacrifice of the Lord, they should walk on the path of peace. He advised them to develop the philosophy of love. And called for the eradication of jealousy and hatred. He also advised the people to stay away from sins like lying and bribery.

He recalled  that Christmas is the only festival celebrated all over the world. CM Chandrababu recalled that during his tenure as Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh, the TDP organized Christmas and semi-Christmas celebrations in all districts including Hyderabad. He also explained the steps taken by the TDP government for Christians after the bifurcation of the state as an example.
